concerning to read Delgado feeling the need to get control of the situation by calling a team meeting. Angel notes the team, or at least a certain group of players fool around too much, which leads one to believe there is more time spent doing some type of horseshit instead of practicing free throws, finishing around the basket, understanding the level of intensity needed to play defense at a high level, watching film, reading scouting reports, etc..
I think I finally get that our seniors to a large extent straddle the line of knucklehead and being top level college basketball players. Maybe there is only so far a coach get can get with these players. Willard has had these guys for 4 friggin years; its just a shame these guys are pulling this crap at this point in their careers.
Let’s hope Angel can do something here because its obvious they’re not listening to Willard.
