I can understand people being critical of Willard's coaching ability. But his inquiring about another job is no big deal. Everyone does it, You all have done it.
But Willard? Not the same thing. He's 30-60 with 5 bad seasons and is toast. Watch him. Listen to him. He's burnt out here. That's why you're not talking an elevation to a BCS program type.
