Welcome Braeden Anderson

He was doing a lot of dirty work in that first half and good to see. It's nice to have some more options up front this year and need them all to continue to work hard and improve, obviously.

Definitely the best he has ever played. I still think Nezi is better than Anderson & Ish.

Contributed and that's all you can ask from the reserves. Plus, after that SNY interview, what's not to like about him?

Really pulling for Braeden- esq. in training.
Rather than stats, I often judge subs by if I say to myself why is he still playing. Never th ought it about Braeden last night. Looked good on both sides of the ball.

Re the comments about about he and Nzei. I think Braeden is more suited to play center than Mike in some situations and that we needed one of the bigs on the bench to become reliable contributors.

The more assets you have coming off the bench the better your chance of winning. If Braeden can continue to improve and give us quality minutes we become a better team.

Hopefully his play will continue to improve as the Law School's first semester is near an end and Anderson will be able to spend a lot more time with the team in practice.

He gave us some great minutes in the first half and was also directing the defense from the back end. He was very vocal which I really liked and knew what he was doing out there. One of the major weaknesses of this team is the bench and he gave me hope last night.

He also was active on the offense side of the ball. If last night was any indication of his contribution, he can give Angel bench minutes when needed....good observation Section 112

I thought he played very good minutes leading the D and helping the younger guys with their positioning. He had excellent FT form and made his FT's too. He needs to work with Angel & Ish on their FTs.

My apologies if if this article was posted, but still a good read for anyone who missed it. Says he has two years of eligibility left.

Note: Braedon grew up in a town (Okotoks) just 95 miles to Branff National Park which is probably the most gorgeous place in North America. The great city of Calgary (1.1M) is just 29 miles away.
