We were picked 9th in the pre-season polls. We knew Sha had a tendency to over-look Dawes short comings. We had to mesh unknown transfers into our system. It's simply a matter of getting better players. Yes, Bediako is a nice surprise and Coleman is a breath of fresh air; but Sha is way over his head in trying to mesh a team of freshmen and transfers. He's not been motivating his team. I'm sure a lot of that is his misplaced confidence in Dawes. Lifetime 40% 3-point shooter, but what has he done lately?? That's what matters.
