put whatever BS bullying rumors aside for a moment and assume there will be no coaching change for next season. Willard still has a chance to have a team that is capable of good things next season. The core 4 of Whitehead, Desi, Carrington, and Delgado will be the nucleus of the team. Having a motivated and dedicated Sterling Gibbs back will be the key for us being a team that has a chance to do things such as winning the BET.
I think Willard has to find a way to keep Gibbs here 1 more year. Objectively speaking, Gibbs would probably have a very good chance at being BE Player of the Year next season. If he goes elsewhere, he risks potentially having some setbacks and there would still be a question mark on whether or not the chemistry stuff shows up elsewhere.
The Sina situation could have been prevented if Willard just let him go last year. We knew there we had an abundance of guards coming into this season. You couldn't have pleased everyone.
