whatever the case with Holy Cross, it's clear to me that Willard has an open door to leave if he able to find a job. The key question now for whatever this BOR meeting on the 26th represents; if neither party really want each other, why f%ck around? Tell Willard that we're willing to try to negotiate a mutually acceptable buyout if he wants to move on, otherwise, get your bald head out of your ass, act like a professional and run this program to the best of your ability?
