QUESTION: Three key issues this November will be Guns, Inflation & Abortion: My question is which of these issues will have the greatest impact on the election???

Please note I'm asking what you think will have the greatest impact, not what you want to have the greatest impact.

Border control.
Inflation.
Economy.

Row v Wade is a sideshow.
Guns and mass shootings affects a minor minor minor portion of the population. It gets emotional charge but that's about it.

People vote with their pocketbooks. The mainstream media would like you to think otherwise.

It always comes down to the economy and safety. Can you provide for your family and do you feel more concerned for their saf

- Economy - Inflation, energy and food costs. People that can least afford it are getting it the worst. This will be the number one issue. People have to deal with it every single day.

- Crime, which will be interesting as crime rates have soared in cities combined with mass shootings. Crime issues…bail reform, crime rates, gun control, all will come into play.

Abortion, Ukraine, school curriculum, etc. are secondary issues.

I agree inflation will have the greatest impact. Regarding abortion people on both sides are very emotional about their cause, but we have gone thru several election cycles with this issue not having much of an impact. Even though most polls show that most people prefer abortion to be legal it is not an issue that most feel is important enough to override other issues. Same for gun control. Though this time it may have a somewhat greater impact if there is no agreement on a compromise bill. Should there be a bipartisan compromise act passed it would diffuse the issue.

I would expect Democratic candidates to really push on the abortion issue to deflect away from inflation and the economy. With the leak happening when it did, it's given people (and state governments) a chance to shore up their opinion and introduce legislation at the state level (which is where it should be anyway).

I agree that if there is any bi-partisan legislation passed on a federal level, that will neutralize that issue.
