I think most lawsuits are junk, people need to take responsibility for their own actions. Accidents happen, I don't see why it would be the fault of Little League. At least they are only asking for the cost of the boy's care, but I wonder what the "punitive damages" entail. This isn't as bad as some others I've seen, but I think it should be thrown out. Does the family not have health insurance?
