That’s pretty good. I hope the refs let Yacine shoot his FTs from the 3 point line
We were spoiled by last years FT shooting. Team around 78% with Dre and KR above 80% and Dawes at 95%.
Free throws is one of the few things you can change. Offense will take a time but FT percentage needs to be higher because the current number is not acceptable for a D1 team. We make a few more FT’s we would be undefeated. Gotta put in the extra time in the gym and clean it up.
Toumi has always been a terrible FT shooter. He came into this year just 118/217 (.544) for his career over the past two seasons at Evansville. He didn’t attempt a single FT in that one season he played at Little Rock in 2020-21 where he only appeared in 7 games. Then he went JUCO for 2021-22 or something.
