Another tall, long, rangey guard. Solid get as a grad transfer IMO.
Played a ton of minutes high usage, high shot %, good at getting to the FT line. Low turnover rate despite handling the ball a lot, but low assist rate ( see shot % lol).
Took a lot more 3’s this year.

Absolutely love this pickup! Chaunce scored 21 points vs. Arkansas and has all the tools of a Sha player!

Jenkins-Middletown-Coleman. Like the offensive upside of these 3.
Decent player but not even remotely KR numbers.
How as fans are we supposed to have any connection to these players who are just hired guns for one year?

I agree for the most part, yet so many of us grew to love the play of Jaden Bediako.
Decide if rooting for Seton Hall is enough or i guess you may need a new sport to follow.
Chaunce kind of reminds me of Souley Boum from Xavier a few years ago. Gaurd with a similar build who put up a lot of points in a mid major conference - hope he transitions to the Big East as well as Boum did.
It’s tough bc the development over years really endeared players to their programs (and fans), but we’ve had notable one-hit wonders that left a mark. Andrew Gaze tops the list, but even others like Derrick Gordon and Jaden Bediako lately. It can happen.
If Jenkins stars on a good team, he’ll be on the list.
I believe the longer Sada NgaNga remains in the transfer portal, the better the chances that he too will return to the Pirates for a breakout season next season!!! 🦆
Even though we only had him one year, he’s definitely 1 of my favorite players ever!
I hope Chaunce (and any other senior we pick up) plays out of his mind, and everyone else plays well, but not well enough to get poached.
