If you haven't seen it, I thought everybody would be interested in this article from Seton Hall Magazine. There's interteresing information and some history about the study of science and medicine at SHU.
I was also happy to read that Nicolas DeProspo is going strong at the age of 91. As a student I knew him in passing and always thought he was a top notch person.
I was very impressed to learn that the former dean of the great UCLA medical school, Gerald Levey, MD, is an alumnus of Seton Hall Medical School. He led the school for 15 years.
The Jersey City native talks about what a wonderful experience he had while attending Seton Hall.
I was less than impressed when I looked up his UCLA bio and read that he is a 1961 alumnus of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
That's a lot of lost PR for Seton Hall.
