Article says he played 1-on-1 with Brunson, but the point remains.
I didn't see this guy sticking in the NBA. He played no defense in college, was an OK 3 point shooter, and really just an athlete. Since the NCAA Final when he took over, he's been on an upward trajectory ever since, turned himself into an NBA player.
Brunson doesn't surprise me at all.
