Refs really letting everything go at this point. Hutchins-Everett has a chance to cut it to 9 after the timeout.
Our team has been demoralized by the extraordinarily lobsided officiating. They need to be strong and not give up.
This one isn't about the whistle. It's about a team looking / playing defeated after a rock fight of a first half.
I hope not, but it's not looking good. Shooting themselves in the foot with all of these turnovers.

There is literally a game thread with 94 posts. It’s not important though. At this point, it’s the least of my concerns.
This has been a pleasantly surprising season, but this game highlights that this is essentially our ceiling as a program unless we significantly improve our NIL game. Sha can coach with anyone in the Big East, but to make runs in the conference and NCAA Tournament, more talent and depth are needed than what we currently have.
This team has maxed out, and the players and coaches deserve all of the credit for that. But as fans it's up to us to get the NIL strong enough so that Sha and co can raise the ceiling.

The refs have been allowing physicality in every game this tournament, and they did from the jump. Bediako got whacked on the head by Soriano on our first basket of the game (nice play to come out) and then one of their wings (forget which) got fouled by Dre on the following basket.
