St Johns need to realize that that hes not going to win you games but he will keep you in them. He's a stat stuffer like lebron not an assassin like Kobe. Kardary needed Dawes to get hot in the NIT for them to reach their potential.

Both Kadary and Dawes are a product of Sha poking and prodding. Without Sha Dawes would still be just a catch and shoot guy and Kadary would still be stuck in neutral.

The D has been terrific and the guys not only play their asses off on D but just about every player is built for the D we play. Middleton is a real standout. But I cant think of anyone who isnt busting their gut on D. Nice to see Toumi cool it on the fouls on Sat.

I think the Wusu situation is because Shaheen needs a veteran to bridge the gap to Dual. But Dual isn’t even remotely there yet.

I believe Sha knows Wusu isn’t the season answer

After losses to Fordham and Hofstra, we need all the chances we can get. Kenpom has VCU at #35. If we can beat them, the bad losses will continue to haunt us all season, but the bad feelings, at least temporarily, will go away.

Maybe he wants to be the first to apply for an in-season transfer. The NCAA loses every other case against the players. Maybe we can get him on the roster by the new year. 😂
