Well, then we can compare the next guy to Richmond.He won’t be here long enough for that imo
He won’t be here long enough for that imoI think he'll get to where Richmond was under Willard. Right now that's the goal. I think he can get there as a distributor and defender quickly; you see those skills. He had 5 assists and 3 steals in the opener.
But he's bad offensively. Has no game or offensive plan like Richmond did to either drive the lane or post up. Dual isn't scoring 27 on UConn this year. Shot only 1/4. Missed his 2 FT's. Committed 4 turnovers. He's completely unrefined.
We had very little interior presence. Erheriene, Yalden, and Toumi combined for only 9 rebounds in 46 minutes... And 10 fouls. I thought Godwill showed a bit, but I mean you're relying on two freshmen and a guy that played point forward at a mid-major. Aligbe has potential in there despite being undersized. Middleton idk.Too many guys afraid to let it fly. I’m also chalking it up to new environment and first game playing together. For me, the major cause of concern was rebounding. We’ve been solid on the boards for a few years now. We got outworked last night big time.
Sha has stated many times he wants multiple guys to be able to bring the ball up and initiate offense. He does not want the PG dominant situation like he had with Richmond the past two seasons. But Dual is going to be the guy there mostly.Seemed like it was Point guard by committee last night, but is it fair to say that Jenkins is a PG? Seems to have best IQ on the floor and can do a lot of things. Dual appeared to be primary handler when he was on the floor. I don’t like Dylan as PG. Thought Harmon was going to be more of a contributor but he got into early foul trouble and never found a way to get on the floor again after that.
Shaheen clearly trying to figure out the personnel he has and who to play where.
Right now, I’m going to say the best 5 we have regardless of position are;
Jenkins
Coleman
Addae Wusu
Toumi
I guess Prince although there is something about the way he played that made me think he is not as fierce on the boards as we need. Good FT shooting Godswill shows some potential.
Now we definitely have some good depth with Dual, Middleton, Tubek. I’m going to assume Harmon will offer more. Gus might give us 5 to 10 mins at the 5 but I don’t see too much coming from him.

I’m hoping that’s the case. Get started putting your team together.From what I gather, he really seems to be wanting to do this right and shape a legacy.
Streak shooter...their 1st game was non div I...tonight at a point in time he and 3 teammates accounted for all their points in the 40sSanders 10-21 from 3 in two games
You know McCormick is a phoney how? Commercials or MSM talking points. How many days did HRC live in NY when she was Senator? Answer is that it doesn’t matter if they successfully advocate for their electorate.mccormick is a phoney too. did i want trump? no. but really didn't want mccormick. the "connecticut hedge fund manager" is real. doubt he even lives in pa during his term. just as much in it for him. his campaigns in the past were completely off the rocker.
but something also looks strange with his results right now with finishing the count
If 48 other states can figure out…and you wonder why people question the integrity sometimes.It was this way in 2020 too. Florida, with 13-14 million registered voters, reports nearly all of its totals on election night. Nevada has only 2 million registered voters. Arizona has a little over 4 million. It's an absolute disgrace.
