We need to beat VCU on Thursday. That at least gets us a Q2 win as idk if they're good enough to be Top-50 (Q1). Start from there on this long road back.I think it would depend who that third loss is to - Oklahoma State doesn't seem like they are any good, so I don't know what we are getting if we win that game (and it is must win now IMO) and a loss might hurt too. I suppose if it was someone that projects to be solid like VCU in Charleston it wouldn't be an issue if we win at Rutgers, but then we need to do real serious damage in the Big East.
Last year we didn't have any horrific OOC losses. We didn't have any good OOC wins, either, but we had no losses like these past 2. And look what it took for us to do in conference play to even get where we ultimately landed on the bubble.
Getting ahead of myself though, because with this group it will literally be one game at a time IMO.

Only guessing but maybe Harmon is falling behind in his classes. We forget they actually take classes.#! Sha is likely to stay very long with DAW.
#2 Felton is more of a 2 than a 1 as I recall.
Dual has a shoulder issue, per previous comments. Harmon is another story; no reason has been given for his lack of playing time.
You can't score if you don't shoot and we play at a glacial pace. We're averaging under 54 ppg. It’s embarrassing that Coleman isn’t putting up AT LEAST 15 against these scrub teams.
It’s embarrassing that Coleman isn’t putting up AT LEAST 15 against these scrub teams.A kid blows up and hes gone. Coleman somehow averages 12ppg hes testing the waters
Since they don't have "General Soreness" maybe they have the lower ranked "Major Soreness"??I don think either Dual or Harmon suited up today
The only surprise was that a team that started 5 seniors didn’t make the NCAA tournament.Sad fan base. 2 bad losses after a surprising run last year!
Kind of glad there isn’t one since there was enough whining on this board over the last 2 games.
#! Sha is likely to stay very long with DAW.May not have a choice. With the question marks surrounding Dual and Harmon, other than Jenkins, nobody can handle the position. How long is Sha gonna make believe that Wusu can play the point? We have no idea how Felton looks in practice but I too would like to see him get some more burn. Unfortunately the cupcake games haven’t gone as planned so his minutes have been severely limited.
That would require a minimum of 8 big east wins. No shotSo, I think the NIT could be possible. Yes, one game at a time. How will we beat a team with length that pushes our offense out to the perimeter? The defense has been relatively solid except for a few plays in the late stages of the two losses. We will still root, but we have to be realistic too.
They are out indefinitely until they announce what school they are transferring to!Here we go again with this nonsense of not disclosing any information.
Going back to the knee pad days!I think you are correct. From the SHU Record Book:

Agree 3 headed center works and frees up Tourmi to play PF while PG looks like Wasu which is far from ideal but all we have at present.I can see the upside from Okorafor. He’s very athletic and moves well for his size; recovers really well on defense, key for the type of switching and ball pressure Sha likes. With him, Erheriene, and Yalden that spot may be OK, we’ll see if can be league average combined.
And it definitely frees up Toumi to give us offense.
Funny, I’m now more concerned about PG than center. There’s no PG play on this team and here I was thinking we’d be better there with Dual and Harmon, neither of whom played today. 🤷♂️
