Villanova is deceptively better than its 9-2 record. Cats two losses are against Oklahoma & at Virginia. Still team to beat in Big East.

I thought Gtown would be 1 & Nova 2 because I don't think people realize how much they lost but right now it's hard to say they are better than X or Butler. No shame in losing to Oklahoma on a neutral court or at Virginia, this will benefit them come tournament time.

I had Nova # 1 but now I think that Xavier is the best in Conference because they're a much deeper team. As to GT they have a talented roster so they know that how they perform in the BE will be the key to making the post season because they have really bad losses in their OOC schedule and I think that makes them a very dangerous team.

I always root for the original members but after watching Xavier early in the season I had an inkling they could be the cream of the Big East crop.

Butler and Nova will give them a run and who knows maybe Providence too. But I want to see a little more of them first.

Dan, a basketball expert , who must go unnamed, told us both X was the best team in TBEC. On the other hand until someone proves otherwise I'll go with the proven entity down here in Pennsylvania. I wish we could knock them off their perch . I know a ton of Nova alumni and they never let up about our problems.

Likely the best defensive guard in the country. He is the real deal.
