Ho hum in Omaha

Was it Smart for this team to be preseason #1

A couple of blown whistles Jan 20 from 2nd place

I really thought, as the season went on, that the CU game would come back to bite us. This team has overcome a lot this season and they have overcome that game as well. If I’m remembering correctly, 7-3 down the stretch.

Felt the same. Three games, in fact. All home losses - Rutgers, Creighton, and Providence. It still might, unfortunately.

It will in terms of seeding.

I don’t think you can keep the Pirates out.

Only way would be if every major conference had a team win the tournament that doesn’t have an at-large bid wrapped up. In that case, you’d have to give out an extra 6-7 seeds and that would tap into the 11 and 10 seed lines.
