In one of the recent threads, some posters were bemoaning the crowds at the games feeling they are not supportive and enthusiastic.

I feel just the opposite. I go bannas at the games myself. I thought the crowds at the Butler and Providence games were well into it. Everytime IW made a trey they went wild. As far as standing, whenever the Hall made a great play, fans jumped up and cheered. Some fans feel they should stand up whenever which is ridiculous. I like to be able to sit in my seat and watch the game and jump up to cheer after a great play, run, or whenever, like when Desi got clotheslined last night. Most fans will jump up and cheer after a timeout following a particulary great stretch.

Different strokes for different folks, but no need to be down on Seton Hall fans. I love the atmosphere at the Rock and think the fan base is just fine.

With so much to be happy about with this team, I think denigrating the the crowd should be the least of our concerns. For me, this is one of the most joyous times to be a Pirate fan. Personally, I'm enjoying the hell out of our games and fans around me seem to be loving it just fine too. Frank

P.S. Sunday should be great. Hoping we bring our A Game.

I wish I could be there with you Frank. It should be a great game. Loud is subjective anyway. I've never not been hoarse after leaving game with you. Lol. Enjoy!!
