Have to think this is influenced by last year's final rating. They finished 50th, two spots ahead of Seton Hall.

Maybe he's talked about this before, but I wonder how Ken Pomeroy accounts for expectations and sophomore jumps and all that stuff. It doesn't seem like the sort of thing that you can really capture, short of showing who's coming back, who left, and who's coming in.
