They are certainly better the Georgetown. That is without question, but no objective person could put them higher than 7th.
I have them at 8th but I think an argument could be made for 7th with Freemantle and Hunter out for the year.

For what it's worth, Ackerman talked about renegotiating the current deal with Fox in February. She also gave a really fair summary of the Big East's relationship with Connecticut.
“We think it’s a win-win,” Ackerman said. “UConn is different from the other schools, in many ways. You’re dealing with 10 privates, nine Catholic schools [Butler the outlier]. And then UConn is a big public playing FBS football. So we recognize they’ve got different interests and there was some discussion about that when they came back. There was even debate about that. But everything else was a positive. The history. The rivalries. What they could do here [at Madison Square Garden] with their fans. They certainly brought value to us. But we brought value to them in turn, in what it’s done to revive, particularly, their men’s basketball program.”
She goes on to talk about how she in Connecticut AD Dave Benedict were in constant contact during the Big 12 flirtation. The article is behind a pay wall, but if I get a chance to post to work around to that, I will.
