3.7% annualized increased in Trump's first 4 months.
5.5% annual increase during Biden's 4 years.

The metric they need to use to find a way to give Trump credit is adjusting for inflation which is now inching it's way back up so these "gains" against inflation are going to be short lived.
 
Countless predictions inflation will definitely increase and may even approach Biden levels no need to wait till it happens they are as sure as they were inflation was temporary under Biden how did that work out.

In Trump's first term, his first 4 months of this same metric was 50% higher than if you look at his first three years in office (ignoring the Covid year)

Just not really something to celebrate when it was not driven by actual wage growth, but mostly because the price of eggs and energy dropped in Feb / Mar.
