So essentially the deal for a “ceasefire” is that Ukraine will stop bombing the Russian navy in the Black Sea and Russia will stop committing a war crime by bombing energy installations. Battlefield war will continue. However, Putin also has some preconditions which are to end economic sanctions by US and Europe.
