They both need to be let go and Sha needs to replace Whelan with someone who actually has a voice and knows how to coach and create schemes - especially on offense. Because it seems Sha can't do this either.
And the other guy needs to be let go for someone who has recruiting ability.
And the school needs to figure out where to get money to do this.
