A few of my alumni buddies are holding off on buying season ticket packages this year because of the ongoing pandemic and no clarity on what steps the university will take this year for basketball games. Does anyone know what covid precautions will be in place for basketball games this year? I have confidence in the University that that it will make the games the safest they can be. I am hoping for social distancing/mask wearing/vaccine requirements in order to attend games this year. The University has to be tough. If you had the ability to get the vaccine and decided not to get one, you should not be allowed to enter the rock! I hope they make strict requirements. If not, myself and many season ticket holder I know won't be attending games this season!

The Rock will very likely be wide open. No restrictions

Wow this is not good news. I will report this to my buddies who are on the fence of buying season tickets. Looks like the school will be losing some donors too. Thanks for the feedback
What? Because the Rock has no restrictions donations will go down? That is BS to me. Devil games have no restrictions. Stadiums are full. Restaurants are full.

Well my buddies who donate a lot of money to Seton hall will stop donating. The University is putting people at risk for attending a basketball game during a pandemic. Not all people think like you. Some people are still taking this pandemic seriously.

Agree there is a difference but those student sections are jam packed

Have you read about this virus? Virus spreads very rarely outdoors. Arenas are still a huge question mark this winter. It would be a very dark spot for the University if there is no restrictions at the games. There is a surge expected this winter

Nothing like a Saturday night troll from a clown who said he'd "retire" from this board 10 times.

I wouldn't be shocked if the university changes its stance on covid related precautions for the basketball games in a couple weeks. Just saying!

College football stadiums (outside of NJ) across the country are packed as well. This thing is over!

The pandemic is over! Please feel free to get on with your regularly scheduled life! Stop living scared.

Newsflash…they’re leaving the profession not because they are tired, they’re being fired because they don’t want to risk their lives taking an experimental “vaccine”. This is causing staffing shortages. Last year’s hero’s, this year’s unemployed.

If you want to continue to live in your mom’s basement then have at it, the rest of us prefer to live our lives as free Americans.

Ok show me your sources that show the vaccine is "experimental". This is a simple ask. I am looking forward to the articles you send me. I am sure they are from legitimate medical journals.

Now back to my original question. Will there be covid restrictions at the rock? Season ticket holders and high donors are waiting!

Following up ! Please let me know what medical sources call the vaccines experimental!

None- zero restrictions- Just went to a concert at The Rock with 20,000 people.

I wouldn't say that! My big time pirate blue donor buddy has already contacted the school. I wouldn't be shocked if we hear some type of covid related restriction policy for basketball games within the next couple weeks. The school can't afford to lose this donor!

The university is not going make policies based on what one person may or may not want. What happens when another donor calls and demands the exact opposite? If your “friend” is scared to leave the house then they can stay home and watch the games but they don’t get to dictate what the rest of us do.

This isn't just one big time donor. It is several!

How you people fall for his line of bullshit is amazing. He and his non-existent “buddies” don’t have enough power to pull a greasy string out of a cat’s ass much less force the university to do anything.

This poster doesn't know anyone that important. Best not to take the bait.
