Well, I was dead wrong.I agree. I think Harris ultimately takes it. As awful as she is as a candidate, I think the majority of people just want to move on from Trump even if they don't believe Harris stands for anything or is equipped to do the job. Every election since 2016 keeps getting stranger. Perhaps once we get past Trump things will normalize, but I don't see that happening unfortunately.
Not to mention turning NJ and Illinois into possible swing states. Early in the night when I saw Virginia numbers I knew this was going to be a long night for the Democrats. Seeing a less than 4 percentage point spread in NJ is amazing. Democrats definitely underestimated the Hispanic voters, they want the American dream and are willing to work for it.Well, I was dead wrong.
The most fascinating aspect of this is going to be how the Democrats react. Not in accepting the election results, but in how they act going forward.
They threw everything at this guy. Called him every name. And yet somehow he pulls off the most miraculous comeback in political history, after pulling off the most stunning win in political history 8 years ago.
And not in a nail biter. An absolute, freaking landslide. Electorally. And the popular vote.
If you are a professional Democrat or operative, how do you square away what happened? Armed with a billion dollars and every mainstream media outlet not named Fox acting as surrogates for your candidate against what seemed like the most vulnerable opposition candidate in history.
If it were me, I would take a long, hard look at what happened here. And I certainly wouldn't double-down on all the stuff that last night showed doesn't work in the most spectacular fashion in history.

4 points in Illinois. Four.GOP in NJ has to be excited after the last few cycles. Nearly unseated Murphy in 2021, now Trump only loses the state by 5% or less (I believe it could get tighter based on where that final 10% of the vote will come from). Still a tough hill to climb, but a once deep blue state might only be blue right now. Trending in a different direction. Can they win the governor's race next year?
4 points in Illinois. Four.
Won Miami-Dade, though Desantis paved the way for that.
Won freaking Nassau County, I believe.
Got something like 25% of the vote in the Bronx.
Won downstate Rockland County, NY, I believe.
Just wild stuff and it doesn’t seem anyone saw it coming.
It wasn’t that long ago, that Florida and Texas or trending purple. The thought that people from New York and California moving to those two states and that would eventually turn them blue. Trump won those two states by combine 3 million votes - more than Harris won NY and CA by - with Hispanics making a big difference.4 points in Illinois. Four.

There was a great segment last night on Cuomo's show that included Stephen A. Smith and Bill O'Reilly regarding Trump, his priorities and transition team. He has an opportunity (especially with a Republican Congress) to do exactly that, and we know that he seeks adulation and creating this legacy that he was "the greatest President' of all time. Addressing the immigration issue would be a cornerstone. But as we say "Show me". He clearly has public support and mandate to get it done.Trump has a chance to change the electorate in a very big way. Think about millions and millions of immigrants becoming Republican voters. Pass legislation that deports people who are found guilty of crimes and give others a path for citizenship to legally pay taxes and live in America. Turn the tables on the democrats quickly. He would become the greatest thing since sliced bread to millions of hard working families living here in the shadows. Type of thing that happens when you have a great salesman as President. He could lock up Republican victories for years to come by adding millions of voters. Think I’m crazy, I bet he’s thinking about it, he could cripple the Democratic Party for the next 25 years. The irony of this plan would delight his current voters and help raise tax revenues.
why cant he do what's right instead of it being revenge.Don’t put this past him, this would be the ultimate middle finger to msm and everyone who tortured him. This is his revenge campaign, sheep in wolf clothing type of deal. I can hear morning Joe calling for deportations. This would be his Abe Lincoln moment freeing the modern day slaves from the Democratic Party. Trust me people would love him forever, that’s his revenge. I would sign this legislation into law first 3 months in office. Give people 6 months to complete there application for citizenship. Don’t apply, get sent home.
First time I "liked" what you said.why cant he do what's right instead of it being revenge.
The "revenge" thing is must more MSM nonsense.why cant he do what's right instead of it being revenge.
i was referencing SHallguys words not the MSM. wouldn't say it's nonsense. The "revenge" thing is must more MSM nonsense.
