When it come to Ryan Conway I believe that expectations need to be pulled back a little.
We are talking about a 125-150 ranked player who when he steps on campus wont have played a game in about 2 years.
To expect him to come in and be a starter or even contributor from day 1 is a stretch in my opinion.
