As you know US emissions have been decreasing for the last 20 years,but China and India have been increasing their emissions in the same period.So even St. John Kerry said if China and India don’t change the US will have no better climate.So even if you believe in climate hysteria you are doomed unless you can get China and India to change ,good luck with that.
