If it involves Derrick and aome SJU players I'd be willing to bet they said some unpleasant things to him
FS1 just showed a quick clip of it and it appears a St. Johns player was saying something to Whitehead post game. Whitehead handled it fine and kind of just ignored it. I don't know if that is the start or just part of it but it appeared they're going to talk about it at halftime of this game on FS1
That's what I was told but the person was only speculating from what he was hearing at the game.
Wasn't caught on camera but Gordon was so livid he was flipping the bird while being carried out by the players to the locker room.

I thought he got the shot off. One of the big sju guys lost it and was pushing slice post game. Derrick was livid. Ugly ending to an awful game.

Saw the same thing when they showed a replay. Thank God because if he had gotten it off you know it would have gone in knowing our luck, lol!

I was directing more of my boos toward the St. John's players. Sounds like Gordon is taking the high road in the post game comments to Carino but how could there not have been slurs?
#24 on St. Johns chased the refs and cursed them all the way to their tunnel. Then pushed multiple security personnel on the way to the handshake line. Johnson was talking $hit all game and the refs lost control of the game at some point. It was just a mess.
