Among the worst jobs in D1. Great school but completely dysfunctional when it comes to athletics. The firing of Neubauer at this stage of the season is emblematic of their approach. No one is using this as a stepping stone. More like a quagmire for a career. They left the Patriot league because they had big time FB aspirations. With few exceptions they haven’t been able to compete in the A10.

Mike Rice should get a good look there. He has no options and could give them best chance to be mediocre.

Let's not forget that at least half the jobs that open are because a coach has been fired and a team is very bad.
A guy like Sha is going to have to move to a bottom feeder (St. Pete's?) to move up. When we hired Willard, established coaches were not beating our doors down. And look were PJ, Blaney, Orr, and Gonzo came from; and Raftery was a sneaker salesman.
After tonight, maybe Kevin would be interested in Fordham.
