Future Recruting

I'd imagine we would have a decent list of recruits at the game on Saturday. At least I would hope so.

Alan griffin isn’t highly rated but son of Adrian griffin means that he probably will be a hard worker and can get better. Plus Adrian also has a younger son on that team that seems to be a nice prospect.

With the whitehead class graduating I would love to hire a coach or coaches who can bring along superior talent, particularly a top-shelf pg. Not being facetious: This more than anything is what turned our program around and has resulted in more consistent success than we've seen in decades. Would gladly sign up for a rolling such system until we are able to do better without it than with.

Both for 19 and no idea on Mitchell as he blew up this weekend but Bishop says VCU leads

I know we were involved with Cousinard earlier .... not sure if we have room for another guard next year that is not a PG.

Montverde CBD follows up win over NMH with a win over MacDuffie at the Hoophall Classic: 62-57.

Jermaine Couisnard wins MVP: 17 pts, 7 reb

Trae Broadnax: 13 pts, 6 reb, 3 ast, 2 stl

Kevin Zhang: 14 pts

Darnell Brodie: 7 pts, 8 reb

Morris Udeze: 5 pts, 9 rebs

He could start as a freshman, a la Dehere. Seems to be that good.

St Pats isn’t as strong as recent years and OSL plays a serious up and down pace.....but how often does a kid hang 39 on the Patrick School?!?

Jared is opening a LOT of eyes. Good move by the staff to lock him up before the season began because he would have a lot higher offers by now.

Not sure how a 4 star and some of the schools involved

Mitchell is a thick, wide-bodied Big man who has lost about 20 pounds and developed his game a lot moving from public school in Pittsburgh to Prep school in CT this year.

He’s got nice skills (good soft hands, footwork, can pass the ball and use both hands to finish). Has good afgility for someone of his size but he’s not real explosive vertically. He uses his body and positioning well like Angel and mostly plays below the rim.

Picked up a lot of big offers in the last 2 months so a lot of competition.

if Rhoden continues to develop and works on his conditioning and has a monster summer he could give us three big time scorers next year in him , Powell and Cale. Still have to add a high quality big to minimize the falloff from the core four graduating this year.

Hopefully Jared ends up being like one of those underrecruited nj/nyc kids that ends up at Whicita St and makes us say “how the hell was this kid not on our radar”

I promised myself to stop falling for the hype train with all our recruits but Jared has me excited.

Posh could end up being a top 20 player complete STUD

I want Dawes ASAP as he strikes me as the kid who ends up blowing up the A10.

Who is better, Posh or Dawes? Seems to be similar players on paper but one is in the 2019 and one is 2020 class.

Completely different players

Dawes is a shooter and more cerebral
Posh is a freak athlete who uses that ability and speed to blow by players.

Posh will end up the better ranked player

SHUSource, I honestly can't see how we don't take a big step back next year. Happy about TT and Powell and hopeful on Cale improving and Nzei staying but damn we lose our 3 best players and 4 starters. Big step back unless a player like Quinerly comes here, there will be little reason we come close to a top 25 team.. Hope I'm wrong.
If Powell is back how do we lose our three best players?
