According to the ASN web site, the Seton Hall/George Washington game will not be broadcast anywhere in NJ but will be shown live in (among others) Butte, Montana; Casper, Wyoming; Rapid City, South Dakota and Albuquerque, New Mexico.

For those who can't see the game stream tomorrow, especially those who can avoid hearing the score for a day: according to the Comcast Eatontown (eastern Monmouth County) schedule, the SHU-GW game will be replayed on Thursday night at 7pm on TCN (channel 72).

I'm in NJ, and I can see the game on channel 856 on Comcast. I don't know how those north of Ocean County will fare though.
