I thought about this. I didn’t want to in any way make her passing into something trivial, but I wondered if she pulled any strings up there. She really was all in. This really was quite something.

The poster implied, essentially, the reason we haven’t been winning is because fans haven’t shown up. That’s just not true. Sure, the attendance has been pathetic for some games, but let’s stop blaming those who are getting screwed as it is half the time by this pay for play grift.

Pardon me , I thought you posted that the game with st johns was over in two minutes for those who show'ed up. I did see the crowd support today which was great for me as I live out of the country. and as a past ticket holder for 20 yrs I do miss our crowds whether large or small.
- Love that UConn has now lost 4 straight years at the rock.
- We watched Godswill grow up right in front of our eyes today. The kid has a CBB future.
- Good for Wusu, a small redemption story in what has been a tough season.
- Great job by the fans to still show up and bring a BE home court atmosphere.
- The defensive was connected today, hedging on screens, switching off the ball, and challenging shots at the rim.
- For a coach that supposedly has lost the locker room, his players fought like dogs today and played down to the final seconds without any quit.
- Would love to see them press more throughout the game. It tends to lead to positive results.
- They aren’t world beaters but a different team when healthy and the rotation shortened.
Today made you feel proud to be a Pirate. Hopefully there are more days like this in our future. DAMN you NIL / Transfer portal for making me fear the worst for my beloved Seton Hall.

The team was getting better, but then the injuries were brutal for a team with no margin for error.
We are still not good, but we are not as bad as we have been without Jenkins, Wusu and Middleton. If we can get a full roster, we can hand out a few losses to teams the rest of the way.

Bingo. The season started miserably with Fordham, Hofstra, and arguably one of our worst home losses even in the drubbing freaking Monmouth gave us. In the BE we were a 1-12 team. Good Lord. Yeah, you're going to get like 2-3k when you're like this.

If they can win another couple of games it could also increase the SHU fan turnout at The BigEast Tournament. Let's see if the UConn win creates an upswing in play. At minimum we can now look forward to the remaining games.
They were not ranked this week in the ap poll, though receiving votes...coaches poll they were 24 but that poll is not recognized by the media
The 1-point loss only dropped UCONN's NET 4 spots, from #31 to #35 today. Their KP is also #35. It was their second Q3 loss. They are 17-8, 9-5, and 5-4 Q1, 4-2 Q2, 3-2 Q3, 5-0 Q4. They've beaten so many good teams: Baylor, Texas, Gonzaga, Marquette, Creighton.

I actually thought of the Oklahoma game at MSG that we lost because we suddenly forgot how to inbound the ball. This was much more enjoyable. I have no idea if we can sustain it the rest of the way, but I was glad to be there.
