I think the game was tied 24-24 when he did his routine in the first half and the rest is history. 28-0 run to close the first and open the second half.

I watched Joe the first time at the UNC game in 1993 and doing his thing one last time in 2000 at the Dome when we played Ok St in the Sweet 16, and every time in between.
