Will be great to get in there come January with team thats dead last in Big East. Most guys won't even use it more than 3 months before they transfer out.

It doesn't matter, the practice facility was underway before NIL. But hey, next year schools and employees can pay too. But as Sha said when negotiated his deal, "No hometown discounts..." so...
