I didn't see the source of the report that was done mentioned.... It's based on “A 2014 academic journal found that 6.4% of noncitizens voted in 2008" ..... But....who is OK with any illegals voting?
We need voter registration rules that help to protect the integrity of our elections.

When you look into studies on actual votes that were cast, they find incredibly low amounts of non-citizen voting because the risk to reward ratio is incredibly low. Non citizens would face heavy penalties for voting in a federal election if caught. Why would they risk that for a politician? We can barely get actual citizens to show and and vote.
