Agree but Jaden had two fouls in the first half and with Elijah coming off a concussion (with the big lead), he got much softer on defense. Not just him though. With the short bench only foul trouble would have enabled Georgia back into the game.Am i the onky guy who thought oy6r defense stunk? So many drives and finishes at the left side of the rim.
Not the same but would love to see Isaiah pull a Willis Reed tomorrow night.Great article by Jerry. How great would it be to get Coleman back. Seems like our small lineup could really help against this team that shoots 3 pointers like crazy. Put Dre on their center. Great job by our players and team to get this far - proud of them.
Your complaining was probably a result of the 9:30 PM start… LolGreat start and mediocre finish. And the finish was about 30 minutes lol.
Dylan lost his touch for the game, first time he has been off in a while.
After a great start, KR coasted. And his passing was not as sharp as usual.
Jaden didnt have a good game either. I get playing cautious on defensive. But his comportment in the post not as solid as usual. Fumbled the ball. Not getting space with the fakes and footwork as he usually does.
Dawes lights out to start and 20 pts (4-7 from 3) 6 boards and 2 steals.
Dre was the guy who was on it all game. Gave his family and friends a good memory.
Gotta love Sanders. Looked like he wanted the ball. And that one three from the top - whoa. The floater he made was a big hoop.
Lots of complaining by me as we win coast to coast in the NIT semis lol.
I was wide awake. Have to admit when I put on the DVR a little after midnight I didnt get too far lolYour complaining was probably a result of the 9:30 PM start… Lol
Second half. Fatigue? The first half was lights out defense and offense.Am i the only guy who thought our defense stunk? So many drives and finishes at the left side of the rim.
For whatever reason, their guards beat our guards, never got picked up after they did and had nothing to worry about at the rim. Many times. Maybe energy conservation, maybe making sure we didnt get in foul trouble, maybe big lead blahs. But I cannot remember any other team doing that so frequently and easily. And when the lead got to low teens it worried me. I coined the phrase "we shaheened them" and this was an inverse shaheen.
