Old-alum spent a lot of time and effort ...maybe he is unable to do the same this year for one reason or another.

Jerry is right. We need to develop some of these young guys. They need to be SHA’s guys. Know what he wants and play Pirate Ball. Be tough and scrape for every play. If we can hold onto at least 50% every year we will rise back to top tier status. This turnover and NIL BS is killing the continuity of a “Team Sport”. Teams take time to gel. I think we have to base now. Just have to keep pushing.
