Yeah, I should try harder. Not the guy who hates conspiracy theories but didn't take a minute to find out if the story they were sharing was legit or not... got it.
Looking at the application, it reads to me that Hunter is claiming to live at Uncle Joe's house on Barley Mill Rd in Wilmington, DE and paying $49,910 rent. He checked the "Own" box which is inconsistent with claiming he was paying rent.
I am not sure of the validity of the document.
When I clicked on Merge's link it came up with a house in LA.

In his defense he’s cooperating. That’s his defense after collecting classified documents for years, hard to defend this clown. Biden was very good at removing documents. I wonder how much money it cost him to remove documents when he was a senator. They are suppose to be 100% secure, so much for that notion.
