Yes, it wasn't the dossier itself but the FISA application that used the dossier that was heavily redacted.

Page was on the FBI’s radar since he was targeted by Russians recruiting him as an asset in 2013. The idea that the redacted portion of the FISA application will help Trump and prove the FBI did not have cause to wiretap Page seems pretty far fetched. Trump could have declassified it months ago. Most of the conspiracy theory on this from the right makes little sense.

You have posted several conspiracy theories as well on this board. I have 2. I believe Russia has leverage over Trump and members of Trumps campaign accepted help from Russia to win in 2016.

If Trump released his tax returns, If Jr wasn't trying to obtain dirt from Russians, if members of the Trump campaign didn't hide and lie about their contacts with Russians, if Konstantine Rykov didn't post details of how the campaign operation worked (hacker groups, Wikileaks, Cambridge etc) days after Trump was elected etc... I might agree it is far fetched... but at this point, it really isn't that far fetched at all.

As you said, the Republicans stole Garland's appointment. Unfortunately, The Dems won't be able to stop this nominee unless something dramatic happens. The real issue for me is his view on Presidential power which is the reason Trump nominated him.

However, all of you that posted to say how disgusting display at hearing, yet all of you were silent to Trump's disgusting treatment of John McCain.

I voted for McCain. That would have been an easy vote for me but for Sara Palin. His VP pick had me waffling back and forth and finally made my pick at the booth for McCain. I thought Obama was too inexperienced at that point in time. Plus, I always liked McCain. Didn’t always agree with his views but thought he would have been a good President.
