Lots to be happy about

How excited do you want the fans to get? We haven't beaten a good team yet.

We lost to Long Beach State a team we should have easily handled.

The best win we had was Ole Miss and they are a borderline at best NCAA team.

If we beat Wichita State now that Van Fleet is back that will be a good win.

St Johns as bad as they have been have a better quality win then we have beating Syracuse.

Not to mention we are letting too many really good Jersey players leave. But I won't vent my frustrations about that.

I like this team. But Whitehead needs to play better. We need him Basketball IQ to catch up with his God Given talent.

Nzei Sonogo Carrington and Desi all got a lot better if he holds up his end there no reason we can't be a top half big east/ tournament team.

This is my biggest fear. It's great to congratulate the team on a win, but this is the fifth game against a 200+ team on the schedule. We've played more 200+ teams than sub 200 teams this season. St. Peter's is a high school club compared to Wichita State. We aren't going to be taking lots of uncontested shots. We aren't going to have open passing lanes. We also aren't going to be up against inferior guard play on the defensive end. It's "show me" time for this coach and this team.

Edit: We've played six 200+ teams not five. (forgot Rutgers, which isn't hard to do)
