GOP presidential front-runner Donald Trump has lightened up his attacks against Ron DeSantis (R-FL) and even appeared to praise him, after it appeared that Nikki Haley (R-SC) was sweeping past the Florida governor in the Iowa caucuses.
The former president posted to his Truth Social account on Monday, condemning Haley for being a “Globalist RINO” now that she poses a threat to him, and claiming that “at least” DeSantis is “MAGA-Lite.”

Nikki Haley can never win in the General Election because she doesn’t have MAGA, and never will! Ron DeSanctimonious, at least, is MAGA-Lite. Remember, I think MAGA is almost ALL of the Republican Party. The days of the RINOS and non-AMERICA FIRST candidates are OVER! Nikki is a Globalist RINO, backed by American’s for Chinese Growth, the Charles Koch con job. It’s not going to happen for her, or DeSanctimonious! Vivek Votes are wasted, should come to “TRUMP.” MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!

My rant - I am an actual conservative who believes in smaller government and government getting out of the way. Trump did nothing, I mean zero to help that cause. He's also not a conservative. He is the nepotist party.

His best claim to fame were the changes to the tax code which helped many Americans and he tried to control the border. He made government way bigger, spent much more $, caused a ton of chaos and constantly yells his praise to dictators and white supremecists. After he lost the election (that is right he lost it by being outsmarted and losing the women and independent swing voters), he single handedly lost the Georgia post election for Senator by telling folks the election is rigged don't vote. And what happened, the Senate swung in the Dems direction by a few votes. Tell me this is the guy that cares about you and you want to get behind him??

I do not understand the mentality with friends of mine and relatives who will vote for Trump. There are Repubs who can win a general election against Biden and keep the Supreme Court conservative and do well for the American people. Trump will not win the general election - he won't because he's not getting those women and independent swing voters back. In fact he is now the guy staying in his basement because he doesn't want to come out and debate.

Good luck Trumpers - its sad you are doing this to the party and will simply lose another election and Soros and Obama and Gates and their like will continue to run the country. I can't vote for him or Biden. Sucks again for me but hoping he goes away and the party has a chance in the general election.
