The Spurs extend the qualifying offer at $2.7 million and Sandro is a restricted free-agent. The Spurs then renounce his rights meaning Sandro is an unrestricted free agent and then re-sign him for $2.2 million (fourth-year minimum).

Sandro gets a contract with a slight raise and San Antonio saves itself $500K.
