More Joe Lunardi

st John's is always a physical game. But Thursday they will be playing for their season.

SHU already punched their ticket, 13 - 7 during the BE season and own a win vs UConn

I’m going to give the committee the benefit of the doubt until proven otherwise. We’ve been told that NET is just a sorting tool, and if that’s true, then I agree it’s a useful metric. However, if SHU is snubbed and NET is used as a reason why then we will have a serious problem.

I think we are safely in regardless of the outcome Thursday. If I recall correctly Rutgers had a similar resume to us in 2022 with a NET in the 70’s and still got in.

Athletic is saying loser of St.Johns - SH will be very concerned next Sunday.
We were hearing the same thing when we played at St John's 3 weeks ago. We then won that game, beat Butler and beat Nova (and Depaul). St John's lost to us, and then beat Gtown, Creighton, at Butler, @ Depaul and Gtown. If that is the case, St John's needs to then beat UCONN. There is absolutely no way St John's should ever get in over us (even if they beat us on Thursday).

If you beat a team 2 out of 3 times...which team is better
