Moving on to the issues that matter

Are we talking global or US? Neither of those issues are having the same impact here that they are in Europe and other parts of the world.
I agree that neither are impacting the US as much as the rest of the world. Thus, that is the reason that the US economy is doing far better than Europe. However, there is still an impact on the US. Moreover, lots of American farmland have been impacted by drought conditions. There are many layers to this inflation problem and some we have no control over like the weather.

Isn’t that the job of leadership? Create policy and make decisions to minimize these effects. They were always things that are out of our control… Like the pandemic.

Four months Bidens administration didn’t even acknowledge we had an inflation problem.

What will be the next bribe from Biden to get votes ? Suspend loan repayments again ? Push for amnesty for all illegals ? Push for abortion up to birth to replace Roe overturn ? Push for more stimulus? Etc.

What the hell does Trump have to do with Biden vote bribes.Or since you can’t defend them.you deflect by saying Trump.? This is board to state your opinion not engage in silly retorts when you can’t debate the statement better stick to basketball forums.

Agreed. Disgraceful seems like the right description.
Dumb move by Biden. It’s probably the right legal decision. However, the State Department should have taken no position on this issue. They did not have to voice the opinion that he has immunity. Let a judge make the call.

It's OK to say that Biden is bribing people for votes but it's not OK to say mention trump and he'll get votes. You are very sensitive. You must be a trump cult member!!!!

So what do you think of what Biden’s administration position is with MBS?

Yes he is, and doubtful he understood your post from the start.

Yes, Biden won on a platform of “not Trump” and didn’t have to do anything more than that.

Paul Ryan is out hawking a book but he talks a lot of common sense here. Seems to generally share my view on Trump and 2024/electability, as well as the oversight role of Congress.

The 2012 GOP ticket looks better and better with the passage of time. It's too bad they didn't get elected. I voted for Obama in 2012, but in retrospect I'd have voted for Romney. He and Ryan seem like two genuinely good people in a profession where those types are a distinct minority.

Don't see that happening at all.

it's pretty obvious we are heading into a recession, so good luck promoting policies to people that are losing their jobs. Already seeing that in the tech sector and retail. He's a senile angry man that has nothing left in the tank. Can he promote his policies from his basement?
C/mon man, everything they've done has been a total disaster.

Agree on both of them as good people and they probably would have done well if they won. I also think their opponents for 2012 were good people as well.

Maybe. I can't say that for sure after seeing them both hold the highest office.

Can’t say for sure with Romney and Ryan either then since neither have faced the same level scrutiny while holding the highest office.
