That's fine he can think that and I can call it what it is. College campuses have become brain washing centers and out players are not immune. My college where I graduated just sent a 55 page manifesto detailing the mandatory re-education training for professors and students. I will never donate a dollar to my university moving forward. It is wrong on every level.

Mandatory implicit bias training, anti-racist training, training on your privilege, renovating dorms to be more diverse since thru were "built for whites". It's pretty sickening. I am interested if they get pushback.

Buddy it clearly called out whites in the document. I do not believe there should be anti-racism or bias training. Who is writing the material? Can blacks be racist or is it only whites? Broad generalization about a group of people are wrong.

Without going into to much detail, many athletes are starting to see heart issues as a result of covid. We are starting to see this more in football players.
Many firms just like mine believe that these athletes once pushed at practice and on game day will then exasterbate this medical condition.
This is what many of the power conferences are worried about when it comes to playing games.
This is going to look very similar to the Ncaa concussion litigation, which we have roughly 40k clients for, firms will be going after the not only the schools, but the conferences as well. Many schools because of this litigation are scared shitless when we call because they know we are bringing the heat and not some frivolous lawsuit.
I am not threatening anyone I’m stating that law firms similar to mine are going to take action on these types of cases moving forward.
As a reaction to this we have put doctors on staff to help dig through this and get to the truth.
The little guy I speak of in regards to this possible litigation would be the student athlete. Shot there ant no one smaller then them on the ncaa totempole.
In regard to the website and business interruption my firm is part of a small group of firms who make up big.
My firm specifically represent restaurant groups in New York along with major league sports teams as well as colleges and universities as that is where our reach is in our community. Along with local restaurants, catering halls many of you have been married in, along with local groceries chains you shop in currently. Our goal is to help any business affected by this business interruption.
I’m the regular world we are a plantiff firm and represent client in mass torts against mostly Pharmaceutical companies. For example we recently led the litigation against Bayer on Roundup and Johnson and Johnson on talcum and invokana.
But over the last few years we have gotten involved in Litigation’s such as ncaa concussion, Equifax data beach, hurricane marie insurance claims, business interruption etc.
At the end of the day we fight for the little guy and go up against these mega corporations.

The assumption that certain people make that America is at its core a racist nation is indeed sickening. That is the impetus behind trash documents like this.
It started some years back with "diversity," "inclusion" and "safe spaces." Now it has expanded into this. What's next? One could reasonably predict "thought police," which would be frightening.
Can you be more specific about what part bothers you so I can understand where you are coming from?
I am reading through this document as we speak. Recommendation 3 on page 10 is a good place to start. People go to college to earn a degree in a field of study, not to be forced into the garbage brainwashing that recommendation 3 requires.
Recommendation 24 seems to go right to the "thought police" I mentioned before. Who deems what is appropriate and inappropriate? Dangerous precedent.
We're all human beings. None of us are the second coming of Jesus Christ. There will always be room for improvement. Every time there's room for improvement, we can't trash a city. You can feel the need for improvement and not destroy a city. We've had room for improvement with every shooting of every child we've had recently. Because it doesn't fit a narrative cities are safe. We all know we have a need for improvement. There was a need for improvement under Obama. There was a need for improvement under Bush 43. There was a need for improvement under Clinton. Etc. A need for improvement is part of the human experiment. If there's a destruction of a city every time there's a need for improvement, this world is going to suck.

Still don't know that I'm comfortable with this. The student-athlete is not forced to play. Isn't what's really right is to focus on full disclosure on potential consequences and then let the individual decide to play or not rather than look for what may look like frivolous and threatening lawsuits? I mean if you really care about the consequences and not just money?

I have been wondering why they don't do that at Walmart, Target, and many other stores that people have the courage to go in. Those voting lines can be scary, but checkout lines at the stores are safe.
