False emytology from the 1900s...could it also be work on pavement?

Keep on keeping on.

It originates from soutnern italians dialects where they would swallow the final vowel in pronunciation, thus anglo or americanized a WOP and dumbass insensitive idiots from the 1900s gave it with out papers

You would know about derogatory slangs. Got any knee slappers about American Indians today?

Word meanings change over time. Walter Cronkite and other anchors used to refer to "Negroes" in the evening news.

I’d actually like to understand the objectives of BLM. Equal justice? Who’s not for that? No police brutality? Check. The message IMO is all over the place and the organization BLM is a joke.

I don’t believe in using labels based on skin color, because it’s superficial and divisive. Most important thing we can all do is focus on education of our youth in our respective communities. I work/live in a community where inner city schools have historic poor graduation rate and are now going to face more funding problems. Cultural and economic challenges (25-40% Hispanic), but turning your back only leaves more kids with little opportunity as adults. Relatively small African-American population and there is zero interest in BLM (even the black community). Working on a public/charter school collaboration now all aimed at higher graduation rates and youth that have more options for careers. Get in the trenches....or you can tweet and virtue signal.

In addition to our regular business our company funds and runs 100% of a K-6 school. Mostly brown and black kids. All inner city. We inherit them 2-3 grades behind in reading and math. After 1 year, they are at or above grade level.

My wife and I addtadd our own time, talent, and treasure in addition to what the company does.

One thing we don't do is teach them to hate white people and cops.

Regardless of it's true derivation, my SHU friends meant without papers. BTW what is guappo?

Guappo (plural: guappi) is a historical criminal subculture and term of address in Neapolitan language, roughly meaning thug, swaggerer, pimp, braggart, ruffian, or hooligan.

You forgot to mention those with autism that you guys have created careers and a purpose. They don't have the same advocacy as others do, but they need a voice too.

Another example that supports the point you have made many times. Namely it is better to do something than to rant about it.

The autism initiative has been a great success.

One interesting thing about it is that we don't view the people with autism as victims or disabled. It turns out they have unique skills in certain areas of business and we simply match those skills with the right situation. The autism teams outperform teams with people who are not on the spectrum.

As someone with Asperger's Syndrome (now classified as ASD), this is so true. Glad you are helping those in similar circumstances.
