Burke has a bunch of very successful restaurants all over NJ and NY. A few years ago he opened 1776 in Morristown and that place is a hit. Revel is another awesome restaurant and a whole long list of others. He has serious backers too that specialize in restaurants and use his name.

I've been a fan of his restaurants for a while now. 1776 in Morristown is a personal favorite – their menu is just chef's kiss. Oh man, the memories of delicious meals there. It's awesome to hear he's venturing into the breakfast scene now. A café with all kinds of breakfast options sounds like a dream. I'm curious if they'll have something as amazing as a breakfast dublin city centre style dish. You know, those hearty, comforting breakfasts that just hit the spot? And speaking of his serious backers, that's a sign he knows what he's doing, right? Having backers who specialize in restaurants shows he's got the experience and support to keep delivering those fantastic dining experiences.
