Before I post the story here's a few comments sent to me by Colin
It was the most crowded BIG EAST Media Day I can remember between covering it as an undergrad and for the Trove over the years. Had some solid convos with Kadary, Al and Dre - thought they were insightful and represented the school well. Sha was Sha and kept a lot close to the vest, but the media was still flocking to him for insights on Pitino, Cooley switching teams, etc.
Attached is the main story I put together with quotes from the three players and Sha. They displayed a quiet confidence and while they didn't overtly say being picked ninth was disrespectful, you could sense it. If we stay healthy and can get any decent contributions from Coleman/Tubek/Nganga, we'll finish at least 6-7.
