RIP. Stiller and Meara on the Ed Sullivan show (maybe with Topo Gigio and the Dave Clark 5!). Glad Jerry got the Seinfeld gig so lots of people knew how funny he was.
He and his wife were fantastic and made many laugh. Terrific people as well showing how a mixed religion marriage at that time (Catholic and Jewish) could laugh at their own differences and have a long successful marriage.
I wonder if being was Jewish was a factor in his being shunned from Boca Del Vista. I wonder now also if to some extent that Seinfeld's parents were anti-semetic. LOL
